At Wowffer, your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns for eligible products within 15 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Please note that if you return a product ,10% of the total amount will be deducted from your refund amount. This deduction covers delivery, restocking and administrative fees.

Returns – Accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 15 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and accessories.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the the return is confirmed.

Refund Policy
